How we use your waitlist email address
This notice applies to the Your CISO Sentinel pre-launch waitlist. It does not describe processing inside a customer workspace.
Purpose and information collected
We collect your email address and your confirmation choice so we can confirm your request and email you when the product is ready. The waitlist is not an account, and it does not ask you to provide company security information.
Your choice and control
We send the availability notification only after you confirm your email address. Every waitlist email includes a way to unsubscribe; unsubscribing stops future waitlist notifications.
Retention and delivery
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed entries are removed during routine cleanup and when the waitlist closes. We retain a confirmed waitlist entry until you unsubscribe, the waitlist closes, or the address cannot receive email. We use an email delivery provider to send confirmation and availability messages, and keep delivery status only to avoid sending to addresses that have bounced or been suppressed.
For now, the fastest way to exercise your waitlist choice is the unsubscribe link in an email. A full product privacy notice and contact details will be published before customer onboarding opens.
