Your CISO Sentinel subscription terms
These terms govern use of the Your CISO Sentinel software service and subscriptions billed through Paddle.
The service
Your CISO Sentinel is a multi-tenant software platform that helps organisations capture security context, evidence, and improvement actions. Recommendations are advisory and do not replace qualified professional advice, audits, or certifications.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Each subscription covers one customer workspace unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for inviting users who are authorised to access your data.
Subscriptions and billing
Self-serve subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, and invoicing where applicable. Prices are shown in EUR on our pricing page; the final amount is confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with our refund policy and Paddle customer tools.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with platform security, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access that poses a security or abuse risk.
Liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. This summary does not limit liability that cannot be limited under law.
